THE OBJECTIVES OF THIS WORKSHOP:
The objectives of this workshop is to provide delegates with a basic yet comprehensive introduction to the South African Employment Relations environment.

- Understand Social- Media and workplace misconduct.
- Differentiate between Fair Unfair discrimination.
- Understand the Grievance process.
- Understand the role of the CCMA within the Employee Relations Environment.
